Full Force Dance And Cheer, Sydney's elite Cheer and Dance Gym for athletes aged 6 Months to Adult! Students are placed in dance classes based primarily on their age, but experience, ability and friends are important factors that can determine what class is best suited for them.

About Us

Our classes have been specifically programmed to allow our dancers to continually improve on technique, co-ordination and choreography while always ensuring creativity and fun! All teachers have been trained with this syllabus to ensure all our dancers are developing and learning at a consistent pace. 

We offer both recreational and competition classes. If your child is interested in competing with us please contact us.

Jai Lee Talbot

Jai Lee Talbot

Gym Owner

Miss Jai has been teaching and choreographing routines for the past 13 years. With an extensive background knowledge in all facets of dance, Jai brings a wealth of experience to our athletes.

Miss Jai Lee’s most recent achievements include choreographing multiple grand champion and national award-winning routines. Her accolades also feature top 10 placements at All Star Worlds for Level 1 and Level 2 cheer routines, as well as in Hip Hop. Jai is known for her innovative choreography and sharp technical eye, leading Full Force to their first Grand Champion title at AASCF Nationals. Miss Jai has performed internationally and has been successfully involved in Schools Spectacular. She currently serves on the executive committee for the Synergy Public Schools Dance Festival. Jai Lee is a Level 6 IASF certified cheer and tumble coach and a qualified Acrobatic Arts teacher. She holds Senior First Aid certification, an active Working with Children Check, and a Certificate III in Education Support. In addition to her coaching, she works in a high school support class as a Student Learning Support Officer (SLSO) and is currently studying for her Master of Teaching (Secondary) in PDHPE. Drawing on her extensive experience working within the Department of Education, Miss Jai provides a fun, supportive, and safe environment for all athletes.

Miss Maddie is an integral member of our coaching staff

Miss Maddie is a qualified Level 6 IASF coach with extensive knowledge of the cheer industry, having been involved in dance and cheer since the age of two. We have been lucky to have Miss Maddie as part of our gym family since 2019! She has coached multiple national and grand champion-winning teams and is excited to build on that success in the coming year. In addition to her cheerleading expertise, Miss Maddie is a diploma-trained early childhood educator, skillfully applying her knowledge of child development to create engaging and supportive classes. Maddie’s deep understanding of stunt innovation and technique drives her teams to consistently achieve maximum points on the scorecard, ensuring athletes progress safely and confidently throughout their cheerleading journey.

Fiona Gilbert

We are so excited to provide our athletes with such an experienced coach.

Fiona is an all rounder coach, choreographer and judge, with countless years of dance and cheer experience as both a coach and athlete. Specialising in Pom, Fiona has led her teams to numerous National and Grand Champion titles, earning 3 bids to the Dance World Championships in the past 2 seasons. Fiona successfully coached 2x teams at the 2022 IASF World Championships resulting in both qualifying for semi-finals & placings within the top 10. Along with dance, Fiona has over 10 years of cheer experience. She is IASF qualified 1 through to 6 in stunt, tumble and tosses. Along with dance, Fiona has won many State and National cheer titles.

Miss Claire has over 26 years teaching experience in a studio and high school environment.

Miss Claire holds a Bachelor of Arts (Dance and Drama) and is a High School Deputy Principal. Miss Claire has been dancing for over 35 years and had experience in all styles of Dance and has recently completed her Level 1 USASF/IASF cheer credential. She is a coach of a scholastic team and has been supporting teams with technique. Miss Claire has wide performance experience in local and national Eisteddfods and events and has taught and marked HSC Dance for over 15 years. She has been on the Synergy Dance executive committee for the past 5 years and has been involved in PULSE, Schools Spectacular as a performer and teacher. Miss Claire holds a Certificate 4 in Live Production Services, Assistant Dance Teaching and Training and Assessment. Miss Claire has completed RAD Ballet Exams and Jazz and Tap Exams in IDTA. Miss Claire loves working with children and supporting their love for Dance and Performance.

Ebony Furneyvall

Miss Ebony started her dancing journey at the age of 3 and has been trained in a variety of genres including jazz, tap, ballet, contemporary, acrobatics and hiphop.

She has competed in and won many eisteddfods over the years at a national level and has also successfully been involved in Schools Spectacular, Synergy Dance Festival and State Dance Festival with her school dance group. Miss Ebony has completed her Certificate 3 in Assistant Dance teaching and is also undergoing her study for Bachelor of Dance Education, at Australian College of Physical Education. She is looking forward to working with the students this year to achieve their goals.

Sophy Carol

Sophy has over 10 years’ experience in performing arts, education and training. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Music with a Bachelor of Music Theatre and has a Masters of Primary Education from Macquarie Uni.

Sophy is an experienced dance educator teaching students in multiple styles from tiny tots up to highschool graduates. She is acrobatic arts module 1 and 2 certified and has 5 years experience coaching recreational cheer. Sophy has taken multiple students through HSC Music, all receiving a Band 6 and top marks. During her time at AIM Sophy was thrilled to be cast in Squabbalogic’s Mystery Musical: Bye Bye Birdie. Not long after she was cast in the starring role of Bridget in the Australian premiere and touring production of Bring It On: The Musical. Her other performance credits include Georgie in The Full Monty with Theatre & Company. Several Packemin Productions including: Pilar in Legally Blonde the Musical, Gingy in Shrek the Musical, Charlotte in Oliver!, Les Mis, Hairspray, Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat and The Wizard of Oz. SYMT’s City of Angels, West Side Story, & many, many more.

Jessica has been apart of our gym for the last 5 years.

Jessica has a thorough knowledge of gym information and values. Jessica can be found working on Wednesday's during our RecStars classes. If you have any questions on a Wednesday Jessica is the person to ask! She is able to assist with accounts, uniforms and general enquiries. She has a bubbly personality and loves welcoming families into the gym!

Jared has been apart of our gym since the end of 2021. Jared loves to help out students around the gym and at competitions

He is the co-creator of our Full Force Multi Sports program. Jared holds an active working with children's check, as well as a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Primary Education. Jared currently works full time at a primary school and enjoys supporting our gym and helping our athletes when needed. Jared is looking forward to seeing our athletes compete overseas at Global Games in 2023.
